fidisk on Suomen Macintosh-käyttäjien yhdistyksen fiMUG ry:n ylläpitämä tiedosto- ja kotisivupalvelin. Yhdistys ei vastaa käyttäjien sivujen sisällöstä. Epäasiallisesta käytöstä pyydämme ilmoittamaan fiMUG ry:hyn.

Miten saan sivuni näkyviin?

Ota yhteyttä fidiskiin AFP:llä tai WebDAV:lla ja kopio HTML-muodossa oleva tiedosto Sites (Sivustot) -kansioon. Voit korvata tämän index.html-tiedoston omalla tiedostollasi. Lopuksi lataa sivu uudelleen selaimessasi. Muutosten tekemisen jälkeen on hyvä tarkistaa HTML-koodin kelvollisuus esimerkiksi validator.w3.org-palvelussa. Jos käytät CSS:ää, tarkistathan myös sen.

How to put your pages online?

Just connect to fidisk via AFP or WebDAV and copy a file in HTML format to the Sites folder. You can replace this index.html file with one of your own. Finally click reload in your browser and you should see your own page. After making changes it is a good idea to check the validity of your HTML code at validator.w3.org. If you use CSS, remember to check it too.
